Emiratisation

Sawaeed shall assist the private companies to meet the 15% Emirati quota. The unemployment rate among Emiraties has been taken seriously by the Government; and this issue is being addressed on an URGENT basis. The UAE government is focused on the importance of the employment of UAE nationals and is creating more jobs in the private and public sectors. The Emiratisation quota system in 2009 was that, banks have to recruit nationals at a rate of 4 per cent annually, and insurance companies at 5 per cent and all commercial companies that have more than 50 employees had to recruit UAE nationals at a rate of 2 per cent. In an effort to increase the number of UAE Nationals working in the private sector, the new labour law is a boost to Emiratisation and shall mandate all UAE –based companies to have a workforce comprised of 15% Emiratis. “Retention of UAE Nationals will be a challenge for private sector because the national work force is protected. This is where Sawaeed can be of help to the private sector – when UAE National staff are outsourced through us we will help overcome these challenges of the private sector organizations. Tawdeef 2011 will be more relevant than ever before as new Emiratisation Laws have increased the Emirati Quota of private companies to meet the 15%. New classification of companies are based on factors like emiratisation hence private sectors will be interested in generally studying the response of the Emirati Nationals seeking jobs at Tawdheef 2011. We are looking to hire UAE nationals (secretaries, Data entry operators, receptionists, Administrators, Executives) for Banking, IT, HR & Administration, Oil & Gas, Government, Semi-Government and private sectors
